Dear Powerlifting Competitor;

Please accept your entry for the 2011 USAPL OHIO POWERLIFITING AND BENCH PRESS CHAMPIONSHIPS (click here for entry form). For over 23 years, Kings Gym has been the leader in the sport of Drug Free Powerlifting in the state of Ohio. We promote our meets with the lifters experience being the number one priority.

A variety of foods and beverages will be available all day. A massage therapist will be on duty free of charge as well. We will also have National Judges on site so those competitors who wish to attempt to break American records may do so.

This years state championships proves to be bigger and better than ever. This is the qualifying contest for the 2012 Arnold Schwarzenegger Ohio Invitational Push/Pull contest in ColumbusOhio. Also, in honor of Powerlifting Pioneer Al Siegel, we will be awarding the first ever Al SIEGEL MOST INSPIRATIONAL AWARD to the lifter who demonstrates exceptional heart and determination.
